Delivery & Shipping Info

We aim to process all orders received before 2.00pm on a business day and our carriers aim to deliver to your door the next working day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email which from which you can check delivery progress. Your contact number will be given to the carrier, so please ensure you are able to be contacted by phone on the given delivery day.

Delivery costs are €5.00 & are FREE for orders over €50

Shopping with us is almost as easy as picking up the phone. No matter if you order by phone or by our new online store your order is processed automatically and is 100% totally secure with our payment system. We do not pass your details to any third party.

Returns Policy

At O’Sullivan Pumps & Pressure Washers our main goal is Customer Satisfaction, However, we do realise that not every product is made the same or will suit the need of every job. We also know that from time to time a product will have a genuine fault. 

Upon receiving a delivery, please inspect the goods immediately, if the goods arrive damaged or do not comply with the order then email info@osullivanpumpsandpressurewashers.ie  or phone (029-70258) as soon as possible.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item purchased you may return it to us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement – which ever you prefer. Orders can be returned in store or posted back. If returning by post you will be responsible for the cost of postage.

Any item that is returned after 7 days from purchase date will be eligible for a shop credit. All goods returned must be returned in the exact same condition that they were shipped in. Any item returned must be undamaged and in perfect saleable condition.

O’Sullivan Pumps & Pressure Washers reserves the right to refuse any item returned, that is deemed to have been used, damaged or worn for any reason other than being a genuine fault.
